METHODOLOGICAL AND ONTOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF THE COMPLEXITY PARADIGM

This article considers the content of such concepts as the organization and topology of complexity related to basic concepts such as “network”, “system”, “process”, “interphase transition of a new type”, “fractality”, “temporality”, “self-organization”. Their analysis is carried out on the basis of the works of the 20th century by such authors as: E. Moren, I. Prigozhin, G. Nikolis, I. Stengers, G. Hacken, G. Simon, M. Castells, F. Capra; I. Dobronravova, I. Yershova- Babenko, V. Babenko, I. Predbirska, L. Bevzenko, I. Donnikova, Yu. Melkov. The change and spread of approaches to understanding the phenomena represented by these concepts is shown. It is noted that the theoretical provisions that reveal the general principles of the organization of complexity, after some clarifications, make it possible to proceed to the analysis of social complexity. The purpose of the work is to conceptualize the cultural border in the context of social complexity. The formulated task is to generalize the theoretical provisions that reveal the specifics of the organization and topology of social complexity as a phenomenon of modern society.
