Abstract

The article shows the role of diversity management for the sustainable development of universities in the context of the war in Ukraine and post-war reconstruction. Promoting diversity management ideas, in particular in educational communities and universities, can be a factor in the sustainable development of not only universities, but also Society. Borrowing from the business sphere the princi ples of inclusive policy and diversity management can improve educational management. An important aspect of diversity management in the focus of social inclusion and mental health is revealed. The important role of Eu ropean international technical assistance projects, in particular, those that are being implemented at the Dragomanov Ukrainian State University, is shown.
