Among the areas of education reform, the pedagogical segment is the most important. In the conditions of war, ideological preparation, especially of young people, is of great importance. The most important component of victory is a person who possesses not only weapons, but also all historically formed human qualities. A colossal burden in this context rests on the teacher. A teacher who, continuing the work started by his parents, forms and educates the most important thing in a person – his human face, soul, spirituality, values, in fact, makes a person a person. Specialists who are nurtured by higher professional education (engineering, medicine, law, etc.) will be updated later. The primary impetus for the formation of a personality is given by school education, which is carried out by a teacher, pedagogue, educator, who also received his own professional training through studying in one or another institution of pedagogical education. That is why the modernization of education as such should begin with relevant innovations that are embedded in the system of pedagogical education. Transformation, improvement, modernization of pedagogical education, training of an effective teacher who will lead the child through the steps of maturation, development, growth and up to the entry into an independent life process, is a task of state weight and importance.
