EDUCATIONAL QUESTS AS A MEANS OF FORMING THE PROFESSIONAL MOTIVATION OF FUTURE TEACHERS

Abstract

The article presents an actual problem of modern education, which consists in building such an educational process that could stimulate the professional motivation of future teachers. Despite the wide variety of approaches, most scientists emphasize the complexity and multi-element nature of such a concept as “motivation”. The solution to the problem of formation of professional motivation can be seen in the use of active learning methods, in particular, quest technologies. The purpose of the research is to check the didactic possibilities of educational quests as a means of forming the professional motivation of future teachers. The research presents a variable approach to the organization of quests for future specialists in the pedagogical field and features of the construction of this technology as a chain of creative tasks that follow one another. The experimental research was aimed at the implementation of educational quests during the teaching of professionally oriented disciplines and in the process of extracurricular work, as well as the diagnosis of the level of professional motivation of future teachers.
