Abstract

Ideas about intrinsic motivation in the modern educational landscape are structured in the article. The internal motivation of players in a sports environment is determined by internal factors, such as personal goals, satisfaction from the game process itself, the desire to achieve internal harmony or the development of one’s own skills. Internal motivation plays a key role in achieving great success in sports, as it ensures sustained and long-term work to achieve goals, regardless of external circumstances or adversity. Intrinsic balance is a key aspect of intrinsic motivation in a sporting environment. Sport can act not only as a means of achieving physical harmony, but also as a tool for finding psychological balance. Athletes who put effort into developing inner balance often achieve stability and stability in their emotional and psychological state. Sports allow each athlete to express his individuality and uniqueness. This is an important aspect of intrinsic motivation, as self-expression becomes a source of inner satisfaction and morale enhancement.
