AUTHENTICITY OF THE TEACHER-LEADER

The article reveals the author’s view on the nature of leadership in educational and scientific activity, the formation and identification of the teacher’s authenticity, his/her informational, cognitive, emotional, psychological and behavioral influence on the audience through oratorical activity. A modern teacher becomes a leader for him/herself, the educational and scientific community, students, viewers, readers; a leader who opens up their potential, helps them find a way of self-improvement, personal and professional transformation and development, set goals and reach the peak; a leader who inspires by his/her own example, reflects a role model. The authenticity of a teacher-leader is manifested in his/her authenticity, self-sufficiency, practicality, sincerity, honesty, ease in behavior, knowledge and him/herself perception as a unique individual, bright individuality expression, the individual system formation of pedagogical and life values, principles, internal compass, internal focus on permanent self-improvement and personal transformation, which allows you to write your own life and professional history, work according to high standards, to reveal your “I”, to achieve perfection.
