GLOBAL PROLEGOMENS OF DEMOCRACY

Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of semantic and criterion relativism inherent in the postmodern era, as well as the blurring of the meanings and meanings of democracy, the need for discursive representation of the prolegomena of democracy by means of a philosophical worldview, reflection and comparativism is conceptualized. It is substantiated that the use of such research and interpretive tools will contribute to the criterion determination of phenomena and processes according to the scale of their compliance with democratic etiology, the ideal model, canons, models and standards of democracy.
