Abstract

The information society creates unprecedented opportunities for highlighting every phenomenon, process and trend of social life. However, the method of using such opportunities depends not on the information society itself, but on social entities that determine the expediency of using certain options of the information society. Therefore, in practice, one always has to deal with a certain imbalance of information coverage, when some aspects acquire hypertrophied importance, and in relation to others, there is a regime of information vacuum. Such a feature and at the same time regularity fully extends to the aspect of democracy – to the information provision of its content features and instrumental possibilities.
