Abstract

This scientific work is devoted to the study and analysis of the process of integration of specialists with a philosophical education into the business environment. In particular, the research examines new perspectives and opportunities that arise when specialists with a philosophical background are involved in the corporate sector. The authors investigate the possibilities of the influence of specialists with a philosophical education on the development and strengthening, in particular, of creativity, strategic thinking or ethical competence in the field of business. The work highlights key strategies and innovative approaches that can be used to successfully integrate philosophy-educated professionals into various areas of business. Special attention is paid to the disclosure of opportunities and prospects for creating a favorable environment where specialists with a philosophical education can effectively interact with the business sector and influence strategic management and participate in decision-making.
