The article explores the complex challenges and issues faced by Ukraine on a daily basis in its path of development amidst armed aggression, particularly emphasizing the unpredictable duration and unforeseeable volumes of the Russo-Ukrainian war and its destructive impact on the country’s socio-economic development. In such circumstances, attempts at certainty in possible scenarios for the recovery of the national economy are hindered. The idea of rebuilding the country, accelerating economic growth becomes a time imperative. Under such conditions, attempts to determine the possible scenarios for the recovery of the national economy are difficult. The idea of rebuilding the country, increasing the rate of economic growth is becoming an imperative of the time. The focus of the paper is on analyzing global experiences to identify priority directions for recovery, development, and simultaneous renovation and modernization of all spheres of Ukraine’s economic system to operate in evolving market conditions, as well as discussing the role and significance of human capital in post-war recovery. The basis for shaping economic development perspectives will be individual economies of the East and West. Based on this, our own vision of the possibility of implementing these methodologies aimed at developing business structures will be derived, in the context of forming a creative class of highly skilled professionals, raising societal culture, strengthening the role of entrepreneurship, and effectively adapting domestic enterprises to successful development amidst uncertainty and rapid technological changes.
