IMPLEMENTATION OF EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES OF FORMATION SOFT SKILLS OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

The article is devoted to the study of the formation of «soft skills» among students as an important condition for the training of specialists and the analysis of the effectiveness of the introduction of educational learning technologies into the educational process. The authors present the results of a 2024 sociological survey of students of the Faculty of Personnel Management, Sociology, and Psychology of V. Hetman KNEU regarding the effectiveness of the formation of soft skills of students in higher education. The work also examines the experience of introducing such educational technologies as: modeling technologies, information technologies, multimedia technologies, group projects, training technologies, workshops, master classes of specialists into the educational process of the Kyiv National University of Economics named after Vadym Hetman for the formation of «soft skills» in students The authors also describe the experience of the Department of Sociology of V. Hetman KNEU in the direction of introducing educational technologies into the educational process.
