Abstract

The article provides a thorough analysis of the innovative development of education in the context of historical and contemporary social progress. It is emphasized that pedagogy as a science is constantly evolving under the influence of new challenges, and innovations become a key factor in its development. The philosophical interpretation of the concept of “novelty” is revealed as the foundation of innovative progress, which combines traditional knowledge with new ideas and discoveries. Special attention is given to the role of education in shaping an individual capable of creating and implementing innovations. The necessity of integrating science, education, and practice is highlighted as the basis for effective societal development. The current state of Ukrainian education is analyzed, along with its problems and challenges, particularly the need for modernization, digitalization, and a shift toward innovative thinking. The necessity of forming a new strategy for the development of education in Ukraine is substantiated, one that corresponds to the conditions of innovative progress and contributes to the preparation of competitive human capital.
