METHODOLOGY FOR DESIGNING AN INNOVATIVE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT BASED ON INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN

This article presents a qualitative study of the methodology for designing an innovative educational environment based on instructional design. Based on an analysis of instructional design as a systematic process of developing, implementing, and monitoring educational programs grounded in scientific theories of teaching, it is established that the methodological foundation of this innovative technology is based on the synergy of systemic, competency-based, activity-based, constructivist, person-centered, and technological approaches. In the context of this study, instructional design is viewed as a systematic tool for solving educational problems and a scientifically grounded process for creating conditions for effective learning and establishing an innovative educational environment. Emphasis is placed on the fact that the methodological basis of pedagogical design consists of a set of principles that determine the architecture and logic of constructing a modern educational space— goal-setting, human-centeredness (anthropocentrism), systemic integration, adaptive transformation, high technological sophistication, and reflective monitoring. The synergy of these principles forms the foundation for designing a highly effective, innovationoriented educational environment.
