The theoretical and scholarly-methodological journal "Higher Education of Ukraine" is a peer-reviewed periodical that publishes articles by scientists from Ukraine and foreign countries devoted to topical issues of philosophy, philosophy of education, history of education, the current state and latest technologies of education in Ukraine.

The journal is intended for scientific workers, academic and research officers, post-graduate students, doctoral students, other scientists, listeners, students, teachers of higher education institutions, other practical workers, and everyone who is interested in the current state, history and prospects for the development of higher education in Ukraine.
The editorial board accepts individual articles submitted by postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs for publication free of charge, provided that the manuscripts are authored solely by the students (without co-authors), comply with the journal’s requirements, and adhere to the principles of academic integrity.
The scholarly journal is included in the international scientometric database Index Copernicus International (The Republic of Poland), published on the VNLU (Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine) website.
