EDUCATION IN THE CONDITIONS OF WAR: MACRO AND MICRO CONTEXTS OF ANALYSIS

Abstract

This article highlights the problems of education du ring the war, articulating the macro and micro contexts of the analysis. The point of view regarding the modern interpretation of the processes that took place in education du ring the period of socio-political changes at various stages of its development is presented. It was determined that the main characteristics of these changes were the transformation of the role and functions of education as a whole and the teaching corps, its positions, behavior, and cultu re. Attention is drawn to the need to identify and analyze the challenges and opportunities facing the education system of Ukraine in wartime, to study the vectors of development of the academic community, the educational sphere as a whole. The use of narrative analysis as a methodological construct, which allows to investigate educational practices in the conditions of war through the personal perception of subjects of educational activity of these processes, has been updated.
