The worldview reflects the degree of ou r adequacy to the su rrounding reality, its ecological assessment, the state of ou r and public health, as elements of natu re, and an inadequate worldview leads to a decrease in moral and ethical potential, the disappearance of the concepts of honor, conscience, responsibility, weakening of the influence of education, science, cultu re, a healthy (natu rally harmonious) way of life. The expediency of the transformation of the system of upbringing, education, thinking of people, especially young people, to antici pating and predicting the futu re is indicated; the confirmed role of environmental education, noosphere education for the conscious implementation of the Laws of Natu re, the provisions of the Pedagogical Constitution of Eu rope, the Code of New Civilization, where awareness of the ecology of the soul, the inner world of man, the spiritual sphere in general, leads to a harmonious, environmentally safe, natu re-compliant existence and development.
