ФОРМУВАННЯ КУЛЬТУРИ АКАДЕМІЧНОЇ СОЦІАЛЬНОЇ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНОСТІ: УРОКИ УКРАЇНСЬКОГО ДОСВІДУ ВІЙНИ

У цій статті представлено якісне дослідження академічної соціальної відповідальності в контексті війни в Україні. На основі інтерв’ю з викладачами українських університетів дослідження визначає два основні підходи до розуміння та реалізації соціальної відповідальності: «комунікативний» підхід розширення взаємодії зі студентами та колегами та «академічний» підхід виробництва нових знань та залучення студентів. Обидва підходи вимагають чітких критеріїв визначення соціальної відповідальності та зобов’язань просувати соціальну справедливість і права людини. У статті наголошується на важливості виховання культури соціальної відповідальності в освіті, особливо в умовах глобальних викликів, таких як інтернаціоналізація, мобільність, демократизація, диверсифікація та комерціалізація. Досвід війни в Україні 2014- 2023 та її наслідками є яскравим прикладом важливості соціальної відповідальності в освіті та може слугувати моделлю для інших країн, які стикаються з подібними викликами.
